Scott Groskreutz is a retirement specialist who works with clients with the goal to simplify the complicated world of investments and retirement services. Serving clients across the US he is supported by Brokers and Aegis Financial. Together they provide comprehensive plan design consultation, administration, field underwriting coordination, compliance, and DOL reporting and compliance. Scott holds a life and health license for Nevada #3773434 as well as many other states, he also holds a Series 65 (Uniform Registered Investment Advisor Law) license, held with Brokers Financial. Scott prides himself on having the heart of a teacher with his clients while demonstrating servant leadership with his team. He is a registered Investment Advisor that works with a variety of platforms and solutions to meet his clients needs of more than 150 different companies.
Scott takes pride in ensuring that my clients are fully educated in all options complimenting their retirement planning believing a well-educated client makes the best decisions in preserving and growing assets.
Scott is the father of three boys and resides in Henderson NV where he enjoys playing ice hockey. Go Knights! He also enjoys spending time with his family and serving his local community in outreach events. He loves to cook for family and friends and play guitar.
Douglas L. McDermott ChFC®, CLU, CLTC
Doug has received his professional designations as Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant in 1988 from American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, and in 2008 Doug completed his Certification for Long Term Care and received a CLTC designation. Doug when running The Annuity Store was honored as a member in the National Directory of Who’s Who in Executive and Professionals, 1996-1997 edition, and was selected as an honored member of Who’s Who Among Outstanding Corporate Executives in the 1998 publication. He became a member in the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executive and Professionals 2005-2006 edition and was selected as an honored member of the Heritage Registry of Who’s Who 2005-2006 edition. Since 1993 he has addressed over 1,900 seminars as a nationally recognized speaker on annuities or other insurance services. His primary audiences are to the senior market which he calls the Social Security Recipients age 62 and above, and Pre-Social Security Recipients age 50 to 62. He also addresses those ages 50 and below which he calls the "Preparer Market" those preparing for retirement.
Doug is founder of the The Gift of Gratitude Foundation and its purpose is to express love and gratitude towards those who serve to protect our rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The Gift of Gratitude Foundation honors those men and women with works of art inspired by stories of faith, virtue, and courage.
Andy Osby ChFC®, CRPC®
Andy Osby is the lead portfolio manager for Retirement Ally. Andy assists SG Financial through Brokers Financial currently. He previously worked at Principal Financial Group for the past 16 years. There he ran all of the Managed Account programs for Principal Securities and assisted advisors with financial planning and portfolio solutions. During his time at Principal he was also responsible for the portfolio construction and ongoing investment oversight of $5 billion in client assets under management. In addition to his experience, he obtained a B.B.A in Finance from Grand View University, a Chartered Financial Consultant(ChFC®) designation from The American College, and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor(CRPC®) designation from the College for Financial Planning.
Crystal Hayward
Crystal is SG Financial's main point of contact for all life new business, start to finish. She and her processing team will follow each life application through to completion, working with carriers, vendors, and medical professionals. She is key in processing and following up to ensure all information gets to the correct location. Her behind the scenes work helps our advisors meet the needs of clients and families. She works to minimize delay in processing and makes sure all working parts and paperwork are in good order so our clients can enjoy the benefits that they deserve.
Ian Rivas
Ian works with his team to support his advisors in the field with case development. He ensures that illustrations and products meet the goals of the clients his team serves. Ian’s Role consists of illustrations and case design, product training and information, an marketing and prospecting solutions.
